Infodart has designed a solution to track batch number & expiry date for items in Oracle Retail Suite of products. The solution can also track the inventory at the batch number as well as the item level. For example, if a pharma retailer has 10 batches of Crocin tablet, Infodart solution can track the inventory of every batch of crocin as well as the total inventory of Crocin.
- Inventory tracking for Franchisee Stores and passing a part of margin to Franchisees
RMS v 13 has franchise/wholesale functionality. This version is equipped with a basic model of franchise/wholesale which supports creating franchise stores in system, creating orders for franchise stores, order fulfillment and reporting the order fulfillment transaction as sales transaction in system.
Infodart has designed a solution to track the inventory of the items in franchisee stores simultaneously maintaining separate set of books for retailers as well as franchisees. The solution also takes care of passing a part of margin on items to Franchisees.
- Inventory tracking for Consignment Items
RMS does not support inventory tracking for consignment items as items are not owned by Retailer Infodart has designed a solution to resolve this problem for retailers. The solution entails creation of a few batch jobs and forms to track the inventory of consignment items. The solution also allows retailer to invoice consignment item suppliers based on certain fixed amount or margin percentage whichever is maximum.

Bar codes cannot be printed from Oracle merchandising system and there is no support of scanning the items for transfer to stores / warehouse. Infodart has designed a solution to:
