The differential global positioning system is a cost effective field data collection and navigation utility device capable of storing position coordinate which is universal. ITIL aims at providing DGPS field based solutions for exact locations of assets and field inspection. Accurate inventory of assets has become a nerve center for all infrastructure management systems.
