Electrical Assets Survey

In this survey we used to visit each “33/11 Kv GSS” which will fall within our project jurisdiction. The field surveyor used to collect all information of electrical instrument falling under that GSS with the help of DGPS (PDA) instrument. The final task is to prepare SLD (Single Line Diagram) with attribute.  

In HT line survey we used trace the 33/11 Kv line starting from GSS.The surveyor usually visit pole by pole with the help of DGPS (PDA) instrument. During the field survey we collect all assets (Pole tower, Fuse, DTR, Switch, Support, RMU etc) detail in our respective formats.

In LT line survey we used trace the 0.44/0.24 Kv line of a particular feeder. The surveyor usually visit pole by pole to collect the information with the help of DGPS (PDA) instrument. During the field survey we collect all asset (Pole tower, Feeder pillar, Distribution box, Support, RMU etc) details in our respective formats. .

The back office staff used to download the DGPS survey data on day to day basis and do the assembly. The team use specific GIS application and tools for network validation and creation. The final network will be prepared according to geographical location with respective attribute of assets.
